“A day of an architect”

Yesterday we had a glimpse of what it would be like to be an architect. Drawing inspiration from our previous drawings and collages, we built a house/building (or part of it) from cardboard, foam board, wood, or any other suitable material.

Other side of my tiny model. I used foam board, glue stick, Gelatos, sticky coloured paper, ink, and paint pen.

Since I’m constantly on a de-cluttering quest, and I don’t like storing big things, I decided to make a very small model. It was quite fun, although at first my piece was just looking too clinically clean in my opinion. Luckily, I bit of “gritting up” with grey ink spray and some golden paint pen around the edges did the job.
