“Teal & Dot business card!”

Yes, I managed! I have my first Teal & Dot Studio business card. I must admit that it was created in Photoshop in about 10 minutes due to lack of time (although it did take me about half an hour to print the text in letterpress AND another 3 minutes to create the background…), but still. Also, it took some tweaking during the printing process, but in all it was a pretty quick design.

“More self-identity”

After starting on my self-identity project in the last post, where I’ve created a personalised labelling system for all the work (a cut-out card with a stamp) and a colour palette, I still have ambitions to create a CV and a business card, but I’m not sure whether I will have enough time for it.

“Moving image attempts”

Some time ago we had a task of creating a charcoal-based short animation. I’ve created an “aubergine family” video—and I quite enjoyed it. It took me a few hours from start to finish, using a simple sheet of paper taped to the wall, a camera taking shots after each adjustment, and a willow charcoal. Once I’ve photographed all the stills, I’ve imported them into the Photoshop and created a slideshow.
